Jon Description

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to manage our online community and grow brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, customer service, and community engagement.

 

Responsibilities include developing and executing community engagement strategies, managing social media channels, creating engaging content, monitoring customer inquiries and feedback, moderating user-generated content, and analyzing engagement metrics. The Community Manager will also collaborate with other teams and develop and manage community events.​

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and how they can be leveraged to grow communities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.

  • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary.

  • Passion for on-demand video and desire to create an amazing experience for customers.
